World to Build will refund certain payments if the request is made within a certain period of time. You may read our Refund Policy here: https://worldtobuild.com/help/article/6

Step 1: Visit your account settings page (https://worldtobuild.com/account/settings), then click the "Billing" tab on the left.

Step 2: Click the refunds button at the bottom of the tab.



Step 3: Click the request refund button.



Step 4: Select the payment you would like to refund, and fill out the information.



Step 5: Click submit on the dialog box that appears.
