Having a pin code attached to your account prevents certain actions from being completed without first verifying your identity.

Adding a Pin

Step 1: Visit your account settings page (https://worldtobuild.com/account/settings), then click the "Security" tab on the left.

Step 2: Click the pencil icon next to the "Add Pin" text.



Step 3: Create a new pin code with at least 4 numbers, and a maximum of 8 numbers. Make sure not to use any sequential numbers (like 1234 or 4321) or your birthday.

Step 4: Click the add button to add the pin code to your account.

Changing a Pin

Step 1: Visit the account settings page, then click the "Security" tab on the left.

Step 2: Click the pencil icon next to the "Pin Code" text.



Step 3: Press the "Change" button on the modal that pops up.



Step 4: Fill out the required fields. You will be asked for your current pin code to verify your identity, and a new pin code to change it to. Create a new pin code with at least 4 numbers, and a maximum of 8 numbers. Make sure not to use any sequential numbers (like 1234 or 4321) or your birthday.

Step 5: Press the "Change" button to save your new pin.

Removing a Pin

Step 1: Visit the account settings page, then click the "Security" tab on the left.

Step 2: Click the pencil icon next to the "Pin Code" text.



Step 3: Press the "Remove" button on the modal that pops up.



Step 4: Fill out the required fields, then click the "Remove" button.



Please note: Once you create a pin for your account, you will be required to enter that pin code before you can access any of your account settings. If for some reason you lose or forget your pin code, please contact help@worldtobuild.com.
